Customer Service Policy

LienLog™ provides customer service under the following conditions:

 

1) LienLog™ provides assistance free of charge for the initial data load and data verification for all new clients.

2) Subsequent data loads will be charged at the rate of $150/hour

3) Clients can contact support by emailing support@lienlog.com. All emails will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.

4) All software issues (bugs) will be fixed in upcoming software releases in the order of severity. Clients will be notified.

5) All enhancement requests will be reviewed and scheduled for release if deemed appropriate.

6) White-label customers are able to request custom system modifications which will be implemented for a cost of $150/hour.
