Questions & Answers
- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- Your credit card will not be charged during the 30-day trial. If you cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing.
- Do I get a free trial if I upgrade?
- No, you only receive the free trial when you create your account. This allows you to try all LienLog's functions available with your account as well as import your tax lien data into LienLog. If you start with a free account and upgrade, you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade before your trial is over.
- What if I have an existing system? Can you help me migrate?
- Absolutely! We have helped many of our clients to migrate their lien data from other systems and excel spreadsheets. Contact our sales team and we will be glad to help you with your transition!
- Do you offer custom or white-label plans?
- Yes, please contact our sales department for custom quotes.
- Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
- Absolutely not! You can choose a monthly plan or an annual plan, it is completely up to you.
- How do I pay?
- We take all major credit cards.
- What about refunds?
- We do not issue refunds. If you cancel your account, your cancellation will become effective as of the following billing period.
